Refund Policy

At Spanda Wellness, we strive to provide a fulfilling and healing experience. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund is necessary.

Digital/Online Services (Yoga Classes, Healing Sessions)

Refunds are not applicable once the session has been completed.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a scheduled session will be eligible for rescheduling or a full refund.

Products (Crystals, Accessories, etc.)

Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery, only if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

The product must be unused, with original packaging.

Shipping costs for returns will be borne by the customer unless it was an error on our part.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at contact@spanda.co.in with your order number, reason for return/cancellation, and any relevant photos if applicable.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days via your original payment method.
